When you sync the iPhone, you will see a camera in my computer then you can import photos and videos.
Another way is install DropBox its free. Install a desktop version on computer.
Open DropBox on iPhone and upload photos and video to DropBox.
You can open DropBox on computer, you will find all those videos and photos.
DropBox is a wireless file transfer option.
